यात्रा के पहले इस पक्षी का दिखना शुभ माना जाता है। यह सहजन के पेड़ पर बैठा है। सहजन की फली (drumstick) और फूल मेरे सिंधी मित्र के परिवार वालों को बहुत पसंद हैं। कयी तरह के पकवान बनाए जाते हैं इसे काम में लेकर। रोहिणी भी फली का प्रयोग दाल में करती थी कभी - कभी।
